Matteo Boschetto

Chef Matteo Boschetto was born in Italy but started his career in London. However, he headed the first restaurant as a chef in Verona — if it’s not fate, then what is it? 
Matteo’s portfolio includes his own catering company and collaboration with major hotels.

And then, he received an invitation to Georgia. During his seven years there, Matteo worked on several well-known local restaurant projects by Adjara Group. So, Lolita Grill Bar, which is still a popular destination for both locals and tourists, was his first project in Tbilisi.
At Cheesefarm, Boschetto is particularly pleased to work with the best local farm products and to feel the connection with Italy.
